Syd has spent the last 13 years focusing on enterprise solutions. His experience working with enterprise application environments include: network engineering; data security; system administration; and enterprise monitoring. His experience comes from diverse industries including: Health Care; Financial; and Telecommunications, for such companies as WebMD, Bank of America, Lucent, and small medical providers. His broad perspective of computing environments gives him the ability to look across multiple disciplines. This enables him to see the whole computing environment and not just the individual components.
Heather Alsobrook
Heather has spent the last 15 years focusing on Business Analysis, IT Helpdesk Management and Technical Writing. She has successfully implemented a National IT Helpdesk, helped an engineering architecture team produce detailed documentation on a standardized platform deployment and provided business analysis and technical writing to streamline reporting and QA processes. Her current assignment is with NYSDOL assisting them in gathering the business requirements for a new Contact Center.
